
General Terms & Conditions of Sale
A reservation can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the arrival date. After this deadline, 100% of cancellation and no-show fees will be required, i.e. the entire initial stay. 10% of the total amount of your reservation will be debited from the credit card given as a guarantee, when booking. Payment is made on site upon arrival, and no refund will be granted in the case of a modification to the initial reservation.
Guarantee: Pre-authorization on requested bank card with validity date and cryptogram or deposit of €200 in cash.
Accepted payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Cash (maximum of 1000 € per stay), Holiday Checks. Any payment by transfer must imperatively reach us no later than 7 days before the client’s arrival date. Payments by checks are not accepted (except Company checks). For any payment by credit card, an identity card with the same information will be required.

A credit card as a guarantee is requested at the time of booking, if the client does not have one they can come on site to settle their stay in order to guarantee the room.
